Local-first execution

Local-first execution keeps the loop on the user's machine: the chat surface, terminals, preview, file tree, validation gates, and the compact memory store all run locally. A user-installed open-source runtime answers most requests without a cloud round-trip.

Cloud is a routed exception, not the default. A cloud provider only ever receives the prompt content the user chooses to send it; local memory and project contents are not transmitted unless routed.
