Compact memory

Compact memory is DevAware OS's local store of distilled loop outcomes. After validation passes, the loop summarizes what it learned and writes it to a local SQLite store with 768-dimension embeddings, so the next loop can retrieve relevant context without re-reading the world.

Memory is local by default. Cloud providers only see prompt content the user routes through a BYO-key lane.
