Validation gate

A validation gate is an automated check the loop must pass before it can mark a chat:send complete. Default gates: typecheck, lint, test, build, and Playwright smoke. Each gate runs through the local Compile pane.

Validation gates are non-negotiable by design — the agent cannot self-declare success while a gate is red.
