Scope

This policy covers the DevAware OS marketing website at devawareos.com. The marketing site is stateless: it does not require an account, does not store user-identifying information beyond strictly necessary preferences (locale, theme), and does not run authenticated handlers.

Account Console boundary

Sign-up, billing, subscriptions, plan management, device activation, license, and entitlement state live in the future secure DevAware OS Account Console — a separate system.

Desktop application

DevAware OS the desktop application is local-first. Provider API keys are encrypted at rest in the OS keychain and never leave the user's machine except as part of an explicit provider call the user routes. Chat outcomes write to a local SQLite database; no analytics SDK is bundled.

Cookies

The marketing site uses no third-party tracking cookies. A strictly-necessary cookie is set only when the user changes locale or theme.
