Clean prompt

A clean prompt is the assembled artifact that leaves DevAware OS for the model. The prompt weaver scopes context, strips secrets, applies governance blocks, and attaches explicit acceptance criteria.

Nothing reaches the model implicitly. The context modal lets the developer inspect the exact prompt — including the injected memory block and the system header — before sending.
