A compact final report is contract output: every governed loop ends with a short, structured summary — scope touched, validation performed, what was deliberately skipped and why. It is enforced by a governance block, not left to the model's discretion.

The format keeps results auditable without marketing language. It also feeds compact memory: the distilled outcome is what the next loop can lean on.
