Token mode

Token mode is a deliberate dial on effort. Save keeps prompts lean and context minimal; Normal is the balanced default; Spend invests more context and verification when a task warrants it.

Because cloud usage is billed by the user's own provider, token mode is also a cost control. It shapes the clean prompt the model receives rather than changing what the agent is allowed to do.
